Hello, my name is Joe!
I grew up in NY and have since lived and travelled all over the country. After bouncing around a little bit, my wife and I settled here in the Columbus area. Since 2020, I have spent the majority of my time as a stay-at-home dad. We currently have two children, an older daughter and a younger son. “Growing up” and transitioning through different life stages has shown me even more the benefit of asking for help when needed. Similarly, I have bounced around professionally, but have always had an interest in walking alongside others helping them to navigate through the challenges that we inevitably face in life.
I am passionate about helping others work through their challenges and discover their strengths. I believe we already possess what we need to find hope and healing, but we sometimes need others to help us see it more clearly. My approach is to get a full picture of your life and to highlight practical opportunities for growth. Through validation and encouragement, I want to make sure you do not feel alone in your struggles. Instead, I want you to feel supported, capable and confident.
On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my immediate family and hosting out-of-town friends and family. When I find myself having free time I love to read, cook, play board games, do puzzles, and be outdoors.
