Hello, my name is Joe!

I grew up in NY and have since lived and travelled all over the country. After bouncing around a little bit, my wife and I settled here in the Columbus area. Since 2020, I have spent the majority of my time as a stay-at-home dad. We currently have three children, an older daughter and two sons. “Growing up” and transitioning through different life stages has shown me even more the benefit of asking for help when needed. Similarly, I have bounced around professionally, but have always had an interest in walking alongside others helping them to navigate through the challenges that we inevitably face in life.

I am passionate about helping others work through their challenges and discover their strengths. I believe we already possess what we need to find hope and healing, but we sometimes need others to help us see it more clearly. My approach is to get a full picture of your life and to highlight practical opportunities for growth. Through validation and encouragement, I want to make sure you do not feel alone in your struggles. Instead, I want you to feel supported, capable and confident.  

On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my immediate family and hosting out-of-town friends and family. When I find myself having free time I love to read, cook, play board games, do puzzles, and be outdoors.
