Hello, I’m Kayla!
I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families work through life’s challenges and provide an environment where my clients feel safe and heard. My goal is to help people find peace and grow in both their relationships and personal lives. I believe in creating a collaborative environment within the therapy room to help you create goals and find what works best for you.
Whether you’re navigating a tough transition, facing relationship challenges, or simply seeking a place to reflect and grow, I’m here to walk alongside you with care and compassion.
I am originally from Northeast Ohio and completed my Bachelors degree at the University of Mount Union. I am currently enrolled at National University, finishing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy under the supervision of Maureen Scelza.
A little about me, my husband and I recently moved to Columbus from San Diego, bringing our orange tabby cat and golden retriever with us. I have spent the last 6 years as a military spouse, which gives me an appreciation and respect for the challenges that come with military life, such as deployments and the pressure of constantly adapting to changes. In my free time, I enjoy reading while sitting with our cat, walking with our dog, or spending time with my husband as we explore the new city.
